Call For Speakers Now Open For MLOps World | GenAI Summit 2025

Our call for speakers is now open. We invite expert AI practitioners to share their insights, case studies, techniques, and lessons with an international audience of ML Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, researchers, and Agentic Developers.

MLOps World | GenAI Summit 2025 Call For Speakers

We’re Headed Back to Austin!

We’re back in Austin this October 8-9 for MLOps World | GenAI Summit 2025, where real-world insights, practical frameworks, and frontier innovations in ML infrastructure, AI Engineering, and AI Agents will take center stage.

Why Speak at MLOps World | GenAI Summit 2025?

A successful lineup of speakers is not just about star power. It’s about sparking ideas, sharing hard-won lessons, and bringing fresh perspectives to the table.

What our Steering Committee is looking for:

  • Real-world use cases (the good, the bad, and the lessons learned)
  • Cutting-edge research and technical deep dives
  • Practical frameworks that others can apply
  • Diverse voices and perspectives that expand our collective thinking

Speaking at MLOps World | GenAI Summit is a chance to showcase your expertise, connect with peers and make a lasting impact in the community.

Past speakers have included leaders and technologists from companies like NVIDIA, Meta, Cohere, National Bank of Canada, Amazon Web Services, IBM, Hugging Face, AMD, TD Bank, and more.

Our agenda reflects feedback from past attendees and conversations with the AI practitioner community, ensuring topics that resonate with real-world practitioner challenges.

What We Offer Speakers

We understand that great speakers make great events. We aim to create a supportive, transparent, and engaging environment for speakers by taking the following actions:

  • Showcasing your insights to a highly engaged audience of AI practitioners, decision-makers, and innovators
  • Promoting your talk pre-event on social media alongside speakers from leading organizations
  • Distributing your talk post-event via our YouTube, blog, newsletter, and LinkedIn page
  • Providing clear information about event expectations, technical needs, and deadlines
  • Respecting your time and expertise, offering support and flexibility throughout the process
  • Considering all applicants for future speaking opportunities, including our free online Stack Sessions

We believe in mutual value and want to ensure speakers walk away with meaningful connections and new ideas, not just exposure.

If your talk is not selected this time, please know we see this as the start of a conversation, not the end. We often invite past applicants to join our Stack Sessions and future events.

Selection Process

Our Selection Committee, which includes a diverse group of AI industry leaders and practitioners, will review proposals based on relevance, depth, and audience value.

We know how valuable your time is, so we will follow up politely but will never pressure you. If you are no longer interested, we will respect your decision and hope to connect at a future event.

The Call for Speakers closes on August 15, 2025 followed by a thorough and fair review process. We expect to notify speakers within 2–3 weeks of the close.

Other Points Worth Noting

  • We encourage new voices and fresh perspectives, whether you’re a veteran speaker or stepping onstage for the first time.
  • We’re open to solo talks, panels, co-speaker presentations, and roundtable discussions, and we welcome content at all experience levels from beginner to advanced.
  • We respect the unique knowledge and style that each speaker brings. We are happy to suggest topics that align with our audience’s interests, but we do not dictate talk content. Our goal is to provide the best stage possible for you to share your ideas.
  • We encourage clear, concise abstracts that outline what attendees will learn or be able to apply, along with real-world examples or case studies whenever possible.

Let’s collaborate on an agenda for MLOps World | GenAI Summit 2025 that is focused, engaging, and packed with real-world impact.

We cannot wait to see what you’ll bring to the table!
