An evidence-driven workflow for building production AI agents: testing assumptions with prompts and real users before writing code, mapping context flow before setting agent boundaries, and letting decomposition emerge from evidence rather than imposed architecture. Attendees will leave with a reusable ideation workflow, a setup guide for AI development assistants, and a framework for evidence-based architectural decisions, illustrated through a production case study of an agentic meal-planning system built in a few weeks.
